How do I get an appointment?
Submit an inquiry via email to info@risinglotus.sprucecare.com or call/text 720-702-4889.
Krista, clinical administrator, will get back to you in 72 business hours/3 business
days.
Krista will invite you to the Spruce HIPAA Compliant app to collect information
needed to verify your insurance, and work with you to find an appointment time that
works for you. Once you are scheduled you will receive a confirmation email and/or text
for the appointment.
What do I need for telehealth appointment?
Please make sure you have strong internet connection and in a private area of your
home. You can access the link via phone, tablet, or computer. Do a test on microphone
and camera before your session to make sure working.
Telehealth helps increase access to mental health providers. Visits are treated with the
same attention to privacy and confidentiality as in person appointment.
Can I have an in-person appointment?
In person appointments will be available. These appointments are required for clients utilizing controlled substances, or if insurance requires it. Please contact me for more information.
What is your private pay or out of pocket rates?
Each one-hour psychiatric evaluation is $300. A 30-minute psychiatric follow up is $150.
A 45-minute non psychiatric evaluation or follow up is $250.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 48
business hours or 2 business days in advance of your appointment. Late cancellations
and no shows will be charged to the card on file.
Are you a psychiatrist or MD?
I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC). My
professional role is similar of a psychiatrist. I am qualified to prescribe medication,
including controlled substances. I have additional training in integrative psychiatry and nutrition, hormone imbalances, perimenopause, menopause, transgender affirming care.
Evidence based medication and alternative therapies may be combined. I do not
provide therapy services but do believe the best outcomes for a successful mental
health journey is to incorporate ongoing therapy.
