My journey began in South Dakota, where I grew up on a ranch with my Italian parents. My passion for health and wellness was deeply influenced by my mother, who had a strong commitment to holistic living. In my 30s, I made the life-changing decision to return to school, earning my nursing degree from South Dakota State University. My goal was clear: to integrate conventional medicine with a holistic, whole-person approach to care.

As I advanced in my career, I discovered a strong interest in mental health, which led me to pursue my Master’s degree to become a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. After earning my Master’s degree from Regis University, I furthered my education by completing the Nutritional Psychiatry certification through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute (IPI). I am also currently working on their Integrative Psychiatry certification from IPI. In addition to my psychiatric training, I have specialized education in hormone therapy and transgender-affirming therapy, and I am a proud member of WPATH (World Professional Association for Transgender Health).

My mission is to provide compassionate, client-centered care in a positive and supportive environment, empowering individuals to take charge of their mental health. I work with clients between the ages of 18-64, specializing in ADHD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, and PTSD. I believe in fostering a strong therapeutic relationship with each client, taking the time to understand their unique circumstances and symptoms, and collaborating to create a treatment plan that suits their needs.

Your holistic mental health journey may include labs, genetic testing, dietary/lifestyle adjustments, nutritional supplementation, regular physical activity, and mindfulness practices such as breathing and meditation exercises.

I work collaboratively with a network of specialists, including nutritionists, acupuncturists, psychedelic therapists, and functional medicine practitioners, to ensure that you receive comprehensive care. If needed, I will also provide referrals to other specialists to support your well-being.

When I'm not working, I love spending time outdoors, traveling, cooking, staying active, and enjoying moments with my partner, Josh, and our three small dogs.

“If you feel lost, disappointed, hesitant, or weak, return to yourself, to who you are, here and now and when you get there, you will discover yourself, like a lotus flower in full bloom, even in a muddy pond, beautiful and strong.” – Masaru Emoto
